We are seeking a seasoned leader for the position of Director, Biomedical Systems, within our Biotechnology Systems business, to drive growth and impact with our government customers in DoD, HHS, NIH, NASA, and the Intelligence community. The Biomedical Systems business addresses needs on behalf of our nation's military members, veterans, and general public in the areas of Health and Human Performance. Responsibilities include:
This position reports directly to the Biotechnology Systems Vice President/General Manager. In this role, you will have Profit and Loss responsibility for the Biomedical business area, inclusive of strategy development and execution, business development, program execution, and talent management.
You will partner with Engineering and Business Functions to mature and execute a transformational growth strategy, deliver on customer commitments, and foster a culture of inclusivity reflective of Draper's core values and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA).
