Design, deploy, and maintain Audiovisual infrastructure (meeting rooms, amphitheater, Lives, studio, Broadcast Center, Live Streaming Events, Control Room Support).
Deliver the best Audiovisual Experience to users from anywhere and from any devices:

 

·         Provide comprehensive and easy-to-use audiovisual environments 

·         Increase efficiency and productivity.

[Imagine]

·         Envision, define, and improve Audiovisual experience to support “new ways of working”

[Create]

·         Design the audiovisual architecture and services in accordance with the end user needs, business continuity, security policy, and Facilities teams.

[Produce]

·         Select solutions in accordance with the business and following procurement processes

·         Work with Audiovisual providers to meet the deadlines for Audiovisual projects, helping with the writing of requests for proposals, following and supporting the change management

·         Implement the audiovisual architecture and services

·         Install and Configure in accordance with the end user needs, business continuity, security policy, and facilities teams. 

·         Work closely with Local Service Operations teams in order to assist them during the Audiovisual deployments and provide them with the support they need

·         Monitor services availability and quality of services

·         Ensure continuous quality of service improvement

·         Manage patching and version upgrades 

·         Provide level 2/3 support: deal with incidents related to infrastructure reported by users

·         Work with the IT team on-site to address specific Events

·         Optimize the infrastructure

·         Consider user's and business needs and improve experience

[Advocate]

·         Technology watch in order to improve the user experience

 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in information technologies (Audiovisual, Network, or Telecom profile) with a strong knowledge, background, and personal interest in Audiovisual (Sound or video technologies). 5-8 years’ experience in a related field. Project Management experience. Various experience levels according to specialties.
