Services 

• MTA, Inc. provides technical expertise to the Engineering Directorate of the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM) Aviation & Missile Center at Redstone Arsenal in the areas of Quality Engineering; Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) Engineering and Analysis; and System Assessments across Army aviation and missile programs throughout their phases of weapon system design, development, production, fielding, and disposal.
   

• Spanning multiple Army aviation platforms including AH-64, CH-47, UH-60, Future Vertical Lift (FVL), and Improved Turbine Engine Program (ITEP), MTA scores maintenance data using the Government’s Aviation System Assessment Program (ASAP) database and identifies and analyzes maintenance trends, assesses areas for possible improvement, and recommends solutions in order to improve fleet readiness.

• Further, MTA provides quality engineering, assessment, and testing support on PATRIOT, FIM-92 Stinger, Multi-Mission Launcher (MML), Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM), and Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile programs to improve missile readiness against enemy threats.
   

• System Software Design, Evaluation & Qualification, Integration MTA has provided formal baseline management and control for numerous Software Enterprise projects.  Our services include software requirements definition and development; software design, coding, formal testing, and documentation; establishment of software product baselines; support for Functional and Physical Configuration Audits; and support for field testing and Formal Qualification Testing at the U.S. Army Redstone Arsenal and NASA’s Safety and Mission Assurance and Constellation Programs, and Picatinny Arsenal. 
   

• MTA performs system software development and test requirements for the M109A6 Paladin/Paladin Integration Management (PIM) system, document reviews and updates, design evaluations, technical reviews, software code development, unit level testing, Software Test Preparation and Planning, corrections and enhancements, Formal Qualification Test (FQT), and Software Test Execution.  MTA also performs development and maintenance of software design documentation, Computer Based Training (CBT) Development and Support, development and updating of all CBT Modules, integration, test support, requirements analysis, and website support.
