Ideal candidates will have a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in geospatial information science and technology, geography, geospatial statistics, or a related field. We also seek candidates experienced in one or more of the following areas: relational database design/development, systems analysis, web/desktop application development, data visualization, business process management, and data management. GIS certification is a plus, as is experience in environmental science or public health. ERG is looking to fill multiple positions, from entry-level (i.e., recent college graduate) to senior-level (i.e., five or more years of professional experience). Candidates must have a keen eye for detail, familiarity with reviewing and interpreting data, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal/written technical communication skills. In addition, the ability to obtain government security clearance is required, and all employees must undergo a background check prior to starting work.
