About the team
FIS's Wealth and Retirement Administration team is one of the fastest growing areas within FIS. Specifically, the Wealth Outsourcing team supports many of the industry's leading clients with middle and back office support for their Wealth business. We service these clients globally along with multiple hubs in the US. We are looking for someone to administratively support our senior management team in daily activities within a growing Quincy MA office space. The environment is dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative.
What you will be doing
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports three business executives through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Administrative duties: scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments, distribute/produce correspondence/reports, filing, order office supplies, book travel arrangements, copying, binding, scanning, maintain contact lists. Etc.
