Job Description
Provide daily programing and case management coordination for clients served in the Cape FSP program. The Case Manager will undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. Will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties. Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, nurturing, and therapeutic climate within the program, and ensure that fair, consistent limits, and structures are set in place and reinforced for each child. Function as a central team member around intakes and intake related inquiries. Document intake process. Serve as a liaison with DCF and service providers, as determined through agreement with Program Manager. Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related human service or social service field required.
  • Close attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead.
  • Comfortable working with diverse team.
  • Interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
