Are you an Occupational Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of youth ages 13-22 with educational, social, and emotional disabilities? We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to work within our therapeutic residential programs located on two spacious and beautiful campuses in Lancaster, Massachusetts. As an Occupational Therapist for RFK Community Alliance, you will play a pivotal role in helping youth with diverse needs to develop essential life and coping skills, practice daily living skills, gain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the provision of occupational therapy services and strategies for residential students
  • Will complete full OT and sensory evaluations as assessed to be necessary
  • Will be a part of the residential clinical team to contribute to the design, delivery, and monitoring of individualized treatment services for residential youth.
  • Will provide coaching, training, and support for residential staff in order to support the delivery of individual and group O.T. strategies within the residences.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • MA state license or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with individuals in a residential or similar setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development across the lifespan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor interventions to meet individual needs and goals.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
Schedule:
30 hours per week, schedule flexible with some evening hours preferred.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $68,000 per hour
