Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required and at least zero to three years of related work experience. Agile experience preferred.

Candidates must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for Maritime and Strategic Systems, you'll rotate across several cross functional team responsible for Strategic Weapon Deterrence, Shipboard Electronic Integration, Submarine Combat Systems and more. While completing different rotations you will also complete a technical master's degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network.

Target salary range: USD $74,050.40/Yr. - USD $82,149.60/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
