We are seeking a Sales Development Representativeto join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on outbound sales activities that lead to the creation of sales qualified leads (SQL) for our sales organization. The SDR will be aggressive and hungry to identify and develop new SQLs that impacts the profitable growth of Imprivata revenue. They will need to be motivated to learn in a very fast-paced environment. This is accomplished through partnering with sales leadership, sales representatives, product management and marketing to generate outbound activity that leads to the demand for security solutions. Activities include target account prospecting, inbound lead qualification and outbound campaign marketing. The SDR will be instrumental in driving Imprivata's revenue growth in both healthcare and commercial segments. Activities include creating strategies and coordination with RSM/ ISR's, target prospecting, high call volume, inbound lead qualification and post event follow up.

This position offers a salary range of $70,000.00 to 85,000.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found . This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
