The Opportunity

Immersive Labs is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, who will partner with our go-to-market teams to improve the effectiveness of our global marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be an expert in marketing automation, process design and productivity. This leader must be experienced in implementing change in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build, establish and lead the global marketing operations strategy and vision.

  • Work closely with Marketing Leadership to help drive quarterly & annual strategic planning processes, while ensuring the department delivers against key marketing initiatives and goals.

  • Design and implement a global framework for reporting, analytics, and dashboards by working cross-functionally with Marketing Leadership and other key stakeholders on overall priorities and needs.

  • Work closely with our marketing and GTM teams to design and create the most efficient and scalable processes and automations to accelerate execution throughout the entire lead and customer lifecycle.

  • Design and develop key top funnel processes and programs, including lead/account scoring, attribution models, and nurturing campaigns

  • Own and manage the existing marketing tech stack and associated integrations through continuous improvement, optimization, and adoption, while identifying areas of opportunity and growth.

  • Own the ongoing analysis of marketing programs and revenue performance to surface key insights and recommendations to help inform marketing strategy and maximize growth.

  • Improve and maintain marketing database health and compliance in accordance with email deliverability requirements and global data privacy regulations.

  • Work closely with Finance to manage and administer the marketing budget to ensure spend aligns with forecast targets.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience working in Marketing Operations in a B2B environment with SaaS preferred.

  • Experience with HubSpot/Marketing, 6Sense, Allocadia, LeanData, Salesforce and other marketing & sales technologies.

  • Proven track record of building systems and processes that support marketing and sales teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and technical capability with a desire to improve processes.

  • Ability to think strategically about how best to implement processes.

  • An ability to learn quickly and thrive in a startup environment.

  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
