Sales Support Quoting Specialist - Direct Hire
Leading company in the aviation industry is looking for a Sales Support Quoting Specialist in Sterling, MA. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Schedule of the Sales Support Quoting Specialist:
M-F 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities of the Sales Support Quoting Specialist:
- Support Technical Sales Managers (TSM)
- Define and update detailed customer quotes
- Generate customer related sales materials and proposals
- Render cabin management switch panel layout diagrams
- Generate block diagrams in support of proposals
- Generate and support speaker layout diagrams
- Generate quote worksheets to feed into CRM
- Interface with customers to ensure requirements are defined to generate quotes
- Assist TSM with quote follow up on win/loss status
- Assist with customer sales, calls, follow up and other sales support
- Other tasks and responsibilities, as requested
Requirements of the Sales Support Quoting Specialist:
- 5 years of aviation experience in a technical role
- Possession of a post-secondary degree in marketing, sales or engineering preferred.
- Cabin Management Systems knowledge desired
- Strong presentation and rendering skills, Word and Power Point required
- Strong technical aptitude, able to learn new products and interfaces
