Resident attorneys complete a 12-month apprenticeship with a heavy emphasis on training, education, and mentorship. After their first year in the program, resident attorneys may choose to renew their participation for another 6 months to a year, join our attorney ranks, or pursue other opportunities outside of NP.

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows.

  • Boston, MA: $135,000

Our Global Finance Practice Group is seeking to hire a resident attorney to be based in our Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in corporate, real estate, or commercial finance, securities, municipal finance, securitization, structured finance, or a combination of one or more of those areas.

Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
