Core Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts and service.
  • Perform collection, interpretation and recording of customer supplied data in accordance with company's guidelines and standards.
  • Perform data validation and storage of various project files.
  • Review project documents and make necessary revisions.
  • Quoting through ERP and customer data management in Salesforce.
  • Sort and organize the data while maintaining electronic files of project records.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via email or phone.
  • Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes, pricing and shipping.
  • Coordinates production of printed materials per customer requirements, such as drawings, bill of materials and spare parts lists.
  • Communicates with customers throughout the production process to keep them informed of status of job, to solicit and resolve inquiries and complaints and to obtain customer approvals.
  • Determines materials needed for job to ensure orders go into production.
  • Other related duties and projects as assigned.
  • Provide data management updates in all internal and external meetings as required.
  • Analyze data for quality improvement purposes.
  • Ensure data management procedures comply with standard company policies.
  • Light usage of Solidworks 3D CAD software for file translation, changing file type, and running generic tools

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of related customer service experience.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Good decision making, communication and computer skills (ERP familiarity and MS Office Suite).
  • Sound practical judgment of priorities. Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
