Job Description

Financial Planning & Performance Reporting in Ultra is responsible for maintaining and developing financial models and reports that provide management and investors insight for future decisions, supports performance management and identifies opportunities to further enhance corporate profitability. It supports the management and execution of long range plans, annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and strategies and operational initiatives against stated objectives.
The role holder manages professionals in a defined area of Ultra. Develops plans for their team to ensure optimum use of time and resources. Ensures team performance is aligned and contributes to the overall plans of their area.

What you will do

Act as the finance lead for our Braintree, Wake Forest, and Chantilly operations

Support preparation of monthly reporting packages including in-depth analysis of orders, sales, profit, cash

Support the annual operating & strategic business plan cycles

Lead the monthly risk and opportunity identification process

Create, maintain, and improve financial models & reports

What you'll need to succeed

Prior FP&A experience

Strong microsoft excel skills with working knowledge of power query

Continuous improvement mindset

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
