Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.

A Day in the Life...

  • Provides support and oversight in key logistics functions including Warehousing, Transportation, Promotional Packaging and Customer Operations
  • Drive continuous process improvement by reviewing operations, analyzing failures, identifying root causes, and driving corrective actions.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities, provide analytical expertise, and support data driven decision making
  • Work cross functionally with supply chain and commercial teams on projects and improvement initiatives
  • Provide Financial and Operational Analytical support for projects such as new product and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain various industry benchmarking metrics to analyze the health of the supply chain and leverage information to implement best practices including new supply chain solutions, market financial and performance rates
  • Develop and Report key performance metrics to control cost and drive service improvements
  • Monitor Inventory cycle counts, reconcile inventories, and provide support on product holds.
  • Analyze data to identify areas that need attention/improvement
  • Supports the business through ad-hoc queries, and maintains reports from a variety of sources as specific to department or organizational needs

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree required;
  • 3 - 5 years of related logistics experience or logistics analytics experience
  • Strong analytics and problem solving
  • Ability to develop and maintain budget models
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
  • Working knowledge of PowerBi, SAP or comparable ERP system, and Blue Yonder/Red Prairie or comparable WMS system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; influences and persuades others internally and externally, including senior leaders

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)Master's Degree (Preferred)
