The Senior Product Line Specialist designs develops and manages activities for the Diode products within the Diversified Analog Solutions (DAS) Business Unit at Skyworks, including planning through production, release, and end of product life.
The candidate will communicate and facilitate relationships with the Sales, Marketing, internal operations and external manufacturing partner teams to maintain visibility and priorities in production. They drive roadmaps and serves as a central resource with design, program management, manufacturing, quality, test, marketing and distribution as the product(s) move through their lifecycle. They have the opportunity to define creative, high quality product roadmaps, promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends, formulates and executes long-term plans to achieve the DAS BU's strategic goals.
Reporting directly to the DAS BU Analog Product Line Director, the right candidate will have a natural system approach to the complex RF problems, a strong business acumen, a broad skill set with the ability to set KPIs for, engage with, and motivate cross-functional teams across multiple geographical regions to define deliverables, plan resources, improve processes and achieve desired results. The individual should have a demonstrated history in the functions listed below.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$110,600 -$210,600per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
