As a CX Design Intern you'll be responsible for helping us communicate the current and future customer experience of our connected services in the Americas.

What you'll do- Participate in the planning and translation of complex ideas into understandable concepts.
- Create data visualizations, user journeys, persona development, and multi-media assets that communicate high-level service, business impact, and customer experience needs.
- Combine your creativity with technical competency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Manage your projects in a structured way.
- Bring inspiration and expertise to our Global Design Community.
- The candidate must be comfortable translating complex business requirements into sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Have a passion for visual storytelling through illustrations/animations/infographics or other digital formats.
- Have experience in design thinking or workshop creation and facilitation.
- Must possess or currently participate in a bachelor's or master's degree program in either Communication, Graphic/Visual Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
- Must have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
- You must attach your portfolio as part of the application process.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
This internship could lead to an at-will fulltime role.
