Summary:

In this role, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to effectively develop, execute, and oversee critical business requirements. You will manage high-impact pharmacy sourcing programs, ensuring their seamless operations, and maintain exceptional quality assurance standards. You will deliver substantial value and foster strong contractual commitments. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing internal and external programs, enhancing provider and supplier value through sales enablement, revenue growth, and contract utilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business needs, translate those into succinct, high-level program visions and execution.

  • Manage assigned key program primary structure, business requirements, processes, procedures, and launch to accomplish objectives.

  • Support pharmacy contracting teams to negotiate contracts, drive contract utilization, and implement and onboard providers into assigned key programs.

  • Identify provider and supplier targets for new business via outreach; research and identify opportunities for new value propositions and new capabilities.

  • Partner with management and key stakeholders to gather provider feedback, track and interpret data, contracting decisions, best practices and provide direction for assigned program strategies.

  • Establish and monitor assigned program success metrics, deliverables, and goal achievement including financial incentives, participation, contract utilization, and signup.

  • Serve as an operational liaison to field questions from internal and external stakeholders for sales opportunities, enhancements, support, and communicating assigned program value and impacts.

  • Interpret data to identify potential business opportunities and make recommendations to product leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred in program management, business, finance, or a healthcare related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience working in product management, strategy, business development, finance, supply chain, or healthcare preferred.

  • Demonstrated business knowledge within pharmacy industry preferred.

  • Project management skills with ability to manage through influencing preferred.

  • Experience working in an agile development environment a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$77,400.00 - $115,050.00
