Company:Haemonetics is a global healthcare company dedicated to providing a suite of innovative medical products and solutions for customers to help them improve patient care, and reduce the cost of healthcare. Haemonetics' technology addresses important medical markets: blood and plasma component collection, the surgical suite, and hospital transfusion services.

Overview:Haemonetics is seeking a dynamic and experienced attorney to provide legal support to the company's growing global business and to advise senior business leaders with respect to commercial and strategic transactions, sales and marketing practices, research and development programs, and clinical activities. The position will be called upon to provide critical support drafting and negotiating complex contracts, solution-oriented legal counsel, and risk management recommendations that enable and support the achievement of the company's operational and growth objectives.

Experience:This position requires an accomplished attorney with a distinguished professional record and strong business acumen. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of relevant professional legal experience, including practice in a law firm and/or in-house counsel roles (experience representing medical device companies is preferred but not required).

Location:Boston, Massachusetts with hybrid in-office work schedule flexibility.

Relocation:Yes, but, local candidates preferred.

Compensation:Competitive and commensurate with experience.
