College Graduates - Manufacturing Engineers

Job Description
ATC is looking for Entry Level Manufacturing Engineers to provide engineering support to our SMT, Electronics and Polymerics operations in the production of high reliability space electronics. Must have a high level of expertise in all phases of electronics assembly and effectively communicate with quality and design engineers. Experience with Military Level and above cables and harnesses a plus.

Responsibilities Include:
- Review Engineering Drawings for accuracy, producibility and compliance with Military and NASA Specifications. Provide feedback to Design Engineering.
- Develop, improve and maintain Manufacturing Process Procedures to be used in fabrication and assembly of hardware.
- Develop and maintain Assembly Procedures for all levels of Electronic Assembly from SMT to Final Assembly.
- Provide direct floor support during build cycles.
- Evaluate and develop specific Rework and/or Repair procedures for Electronic Hardware.
- Work with Surface Mount machinery including Pick and Place, Stencil Printing, Selective Soldering and Hot Gas Rework.
Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer Requirements:
- Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in space, aerospace and/or military manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates with Internship experience assisting with the troubleshooting of manufacturing processes and tooling, and developing manufacturing processes and procedures will be preferred.
