General Summary:

The Sr. Account Manager-Non-Profit is a key role on our Client Services team. This person will be the primary liaison with our client(s) and will analyze, develop and implement strategic marketing program recommendations to drive new donor growth for our non-profit clients.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Analyze current client marketing programs and campaigns (primarily offline/direct mail).
  2. Propose strategic recommendations for improvement.
  3. Maintain status logs and manage current requests and action items.
  4. Partner with cross functional teams (Agency, Internal Depts, etc.) to issue high-quality deliverables, mapped to client's expectations and marketing goals.
  5. Establish and build relationships with all client contacts, internal and external. Proactively identify or clarify issues, analyze challenges, and make recommendations on what to do and how/when to do it.
  6. Support in the development and execution of monthly client-specific account mail plans.
  7. Support quarterly business reviews with the client, and or client specific meetings with the client.
  8. Be highly responsive to client questions, requests and needs.
  9. Work closely with client and internal teams to identify and resolve roadblocks to success.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

  1. Strong Excel skills with experience working with pivot tables.
  2. Detail oriented and able to successfully handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  4. Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
  5. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with marketing campaign processes and tools.

Education, Experience, and Certification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent. *
  2. 3-5 years of Direct Marketing experience. *
  3. Experience with Direct Mail programs and best practices.
  4. Experience in the non-profit space preferred but not required.
