What you will be doing:

  • Manages the Securities processing environment to protect the production systems critical to the success of the business.

  • Processes inbound and outbound Cost Basis Transfer Statements both manually and via CBRS, Cost Basis form requests (asset distribution transfers and tax lot adjustments), change asset registration requests and free receive and deliver requests for Liabilities.

  • Evaluate and compile detailed information to ensure trust client transactions are properly completed.

  • Posts cash and securities transactions as received or withdrawn to accounts on Addvantage Trust system

  • Assist in the coordination of operational procedures and processes between departments that affect level of customer service.

  • Review and verify data input and output.

  • Reviews Cash Blotter and ensures items are submitted and balanced prior to end of day.

  • Initiates action to resolve any discrepancies with transfers.

  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

*Additional:Must be local to Canton, MA. This position is in onsite.

  • Work experience with finance, securities operations, and other related discipline.

  • High proficiency in Excel

  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner

  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally

  • Broad understanding of the financial and strategic aspects of the business and participates in and/or establishes initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the enterprise

  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
