We are seeking students currently attending a Vocational High School in the health assisting program to complete their co-op program within one of our 3 hospitals!
Placements available at:
- Chalrton Memorial Hospital - Fall River
- St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford
- Tobey Hospital - Wareham
Overview of Duties:
Under the general direction of the manager, or designee perform a variety of duties including basic care, personal hygiene, mobility, nutritional support, maintain patient environment, and provide assistance to staff in carrying out other related duties.
- Must be part of an affiliated/approved co-op program.
- Greater New Bedford Vocational Technical School (GNBVT)
- Diman Regional Professional Technical School
- Old Colony Regional Professional Technical School
- Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical High School
- CNA certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- CPR certification is required.
