Job Description
This position is part of a 3-year rotational program designed to develop the future team member into a finance leader within the Cianbro Companies. FLDP's have the unique opportunity to accelerate their learning and development by taking on a variety of challenging assignments in teams across the company, with the opportunity to travel.

Job Responsibilities
  • Receive the opportunity to show critical thinking skills and work ethic.
  • Bring ideas to help us continuously improve the company and your job every day.
  • Pick up expertise in many different disciplines of finance that will benefit your long-term careers, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Audits, Accounting, Investment Management, Risk Management, Cost Accounting, etc.
  • Learn how to administer a budget forecast, monthly closing process, and many other core financial processes.
  • Learn how to prepare and analyze financial statements.
  • Learn how finance leaders help hold operational leaders accountable for results.
  • Learn how to partner with operational team members and add value to the company.
  • Learn how finance leaders communicate to executives and external stakeholders like bankers and board members.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Self-starter, pro-active, motivated, and a positive entrepreneurial attitude. Works well as a team member.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. "Can-do" attitude: the ability to work intensively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including graphs, pivot tables, and what if statements.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Access and PowerPoint skills.
  • Willing to travel desired.
