Summary
Develop, coordinate, and direct orientation and training programs for all new staff. Identify areas for educational and professional development of current staff and implement appropriate learning experiences. Participate in projects related to education, training, staff development and promotion of nursing services within the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, Partners Healthcare System, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Education/Degree
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Preferred:
* Master's or
* Doctoral degree preferred.
Required:
Computer proficiency required. Microsoft office applications preferred with ability to learn new software.
Preferred
Experience
Required:
* A minimum of four years of diverse clinical experience required.
Preferred:
* Prior experience in developing curricula, providing and presenting educational programs is
preferred.
Licensure
Required:
* Current license from Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
Preferred:
Experience relevant to the patient population served preferred.
Skills (Specific learned activity gained through training (e.g. computer skills, keyboarding,
presentation, CPR, ACLS, etc.)
