Description

SUMMARY: The Photo Associate will assist the Patriots content team and the team photographers in capturing, logging, archiving, and distribution of Patriots photo assets. They will also assist with taking photos of various events related to Kraft Sports Group and helping the team manage digital assets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in organizing, tagging, and delivering photos from team practices, events, and games.
  2. Assist in photographing community, marketing, and corporate partnership events.
  3. Assist in studio and on-location photoshoots.
  4. Edit and organize photos in post-production.
  5. Assist in editing photos during Patriots games.
  6. Organize and catalog previously digitized historical content.
  7. Scan non-digitized photos of historical games and events.
  8. Research and fulfill archival photo requests.
  9. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with experience in photographing game action and still photography.
  • 0-2 years of related experience in photography and digital assets oversight.
  • Ability to edit within Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and hard-working individual who can exercise judgement independently.
  • Experience with metadata, photo logging, or digital asset management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships internally and externally.
  • All camera equipment will be provided. Familiarity with Canon is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have transportation.
  • Ability to work a non-standard work week which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, including team travel.

  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment

  • Generally located in administrative office during business hours
  • Event Venue, noise level in the work environment is typically loud
