Summer Member Concierge staff help create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests by building relationships and providing excellent customer service for our outdoor pool area at the Ipswich YMCA facility. On a typical day, you will manage the needs of the welcome center for the outdoor pool area. This would include offering courteous, professional, and friendly support by selling/confirming memberships, informing members of the workings at our facility and directing members to the pool. There will be times during the day that you will be working indoors and then working outdoors. This position requires a genuine interest in people and the ability to build relationships with our members to effectively develop a sense of deep connection and ownership to the Y.
