National Talent Development Manager

$98,000 - $150,000 DOE

This position is annual bonus eligible.

The National Talent Development Manager will lead the Talent Management/Succession Planning and Performance Management projects. The National Talent Development Manager will be responsible for system and implementation designing online, face-to-face, blended, and on-demand system training. They will also oversee professional development and cultural connection programs. This role also drives cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale organizational change management efforts and organizational development activities. This is a highly collaborative and creative role that has a direct impact on our business and our ability to achieve desired results.

Summary / Responsibilities:

  • Supports large initiatives that are typically complex and company-wide with innovative strategies that align to corporate goals and exceed employee expectations.
  • Plays a central role in reinventing learning models, learning systems, delivery methods and external vendor partnerships, as well as creating in-house programs.
  • Leads effective talent development programs focused on learning and development, succession planning, talent review and assessment, career pathing, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Adds momentum and enthusiasm to our diversity and inclusion program, driving awareness across the company.
  • Prepares, organizes, and executes logistics for talent development projects, including HRIS requirements gathering, design, and testing.
  • Serves as a key member of the HR team, collaborating across strategic projects with a continuous focus on employee engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Creates and implements programs to address performance gaps; monitors program progress to completion and uses data to relay results.
  • Helps maintain the integrity of organizational structures, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and positive team interactions

Qualifications:
Education & Industry Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 4-7 years detailed project management experience in Talent Management/Succession
  • Planning and Performance Management to include research, system design and implementation, analytics, training, performance tools and reporting. Extensive experienced in Calibration and 9-Box tool required.
  • Strong organizational skills and administrative tasks related to project reporting and communications required.
  • Workday experience preferred.
