Position Summary
EBI Consulting is seeking a full time Operations Support Coordinator to assist EBI's Telecom Services Group by managing the tracking system for our telecommunications clients. This position will monitor the status of projects and report in a timely fashion to both internal and external teams, as well as oversee large amounts of data for importing and exporting. Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot are paramount to the success of this position.
This position will report directly to the National Technical Director and can be either a fully work from home or hybrid position based on geography. The preferred candidate will be located in generally proximity to either the York, PA or Burlington, MA office, but candidates from all locations will be considered.
