Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Liquor Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our liquor warehouse. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of inventory, including the ordering, receiving, and delivery of products to various Pride locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety, while effectively managing the warehouse.

Salary: $50 to 55k per year

Responsibilities
    Order Management: Place orders with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained, taking into account seasonal fluctuations and promotional activities.
  • Receiving Goods: Oversee the receipt of shipments, ensuring goods are accounted for and stored correctly. Conduct quality inspections and coordinate the return of defective items.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock. Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records.
  • Delivery Coordination: Organize and schedule the distribution of liquor to various Pride locations. Ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Safety: Ensure safety protocols and company regulations are followed.
  • Physical Activities: Engage in and oversee physical tasks such as loading and unloading of goods, organizing warehouse space, and handling of heavy items
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar management role, preferably in the liquor industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse data systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks; physically fit to lift and move heavy inventory.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in supply chain management is a plus.
  • Vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance
