Essential functions include:

• Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations.
• Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.
• Ensure that all required maintenance is performed.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.
• Address equipment problems in an aggressive manner, as to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all resources are available for production run.
• Set-up oncoming shift for successful run.
• Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.
• Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with off-going operator.
• Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.
• Backup to all production jobs as needed.

Opening is for Swing Shift with working hours of 1:00 pm to 9:30pm with Wednesday / Thursday days off.

For candidates based in California, this position starts at $22.72, up to $28.40.
