Job Description

Role: Channel Programs Support Specialist

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team to support our Global Channel Programs business team focused on Market Development Funds (MDF) for our Alliance, Global System Integrators, and Service Provider. You will work closely with the channel programs team and our partners to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day channel investments-focused requests. This role will scale our channel investment support and enable execution to support the growth of our channel business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and provide visibility into all fund usage across partner segments and geographies by monitoring and communicating spend against allocations.
  • Create and assist Partners with accurate and timely investment project/claims submissions by confirming appropriate documentation and adhering to company guidelines and compliance
  • Support project execution/ claim reimbursement and alignment with the Juniper Partner Account Manager (PAM) and Field Marketing Manager (FMM) to yield best experience for our partners
  • Drive day-to-day program-related issues, including submitting help desk tickets, addressing escalations, adding new users to MDF systems, and other actions to improve a partner's experience when leveraging Juniper's MDF Program
  • Develop a keen understanding of partner program requirements; execute approved programs, support audit inquiries, and ensure compliance
  • Flexibility supporting and working global time zones (PST/EST - early morning/late evening meetings)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel/operations/marketing/sales
  • Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Team player with proven ability to drive results on distributed, cross-functional teams across the globe
  • Intermediate excel skills are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Salary: $90,000.00

Maximum Salary:$138,000.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $90,000.00 and $138,000.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
