Overview

S2 Global, an OSI Systems Company, seeks an experienced Director to spearhead business development initiatives within the Aviation Market Sector for our comprehensive suite of Enterprise Solution products and services.

With a track record of excellence in delivering hardware-independent security screening solutions, we are committed to setting industry standards and expanding our presence within the aviation industry. We are in search of a skilled professional to drive our market leadership in aviation security solutions, ensuring sustained growth and penetration into new segments within this dynamic sector. With a strong emphasis on program assessment, technology deployment, and operational excellence, S2 Global's tailored solutions empower aviation stakeholders with cutting-edge technologies and operational insights to elevate their security screening capabilities at airports and air cargo facilities alike.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans focused on S2 Global's Aviation Enterprise Solutions suite, including the CertScan Integration Platform, S2 University, and S2 Data, to drive growth and market penetration within the aviation industry.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster collaboration and drive business expansion within the Aviation Market Sector.
  • Identify, evaluate, and leverage new business opportunities that align with S2 Global's growth objectives, positioning the company as a leader in aviation enterprise solutions.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Business Development and sales teams to achieve annual targets for bookings, revenue, customer satisfaction, and market growth.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to maintain S2 Global's Enterprise Solutions as the industry benchmark, ensuring that customer needs for the next one, three, and five years are integrated into product roadmaps.

  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline plus
  • 10 years' experience in customer-facing roles, and 5 years in leadership roles
  • PMP and APMP certifications a plus.
  • Verifiable record of revenue growth accomplishments in the aviation, security, and/or government contracting industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing business development team.
  • Communication and negotiation skills that produce desired actions and outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex market landscapes.
  • In-depth understanding of Customs organizations, their mission sets, and challenges
