Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly team player to join us as a part-time Administrative Associate to provide reception and office support services for a large fundraising office.

This position works onsite, generally Monday thru Friday, 8:30amam - 12pm, with some afternoon coverage needed

This Administrate Associate will:

  • Provide routine office support, such as answer, screen and route calls, open and sort mail, and other related tasks.
  • Welcome, assist and direct staff, visitors, vendors.
  • Accept deliveries and notify recipients.
  • Monitor and restock inventory of standard office and kitchen supplies.
  • Handle onsite requests for office services, supplies and access.
  • Provide positive and effective customer service that supports departmental and hospital operations.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED required
  • One year of experience in an office or customer service setting or fundraising experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone manner
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency in standard office productivity software such as Microsoft Word, email and databases.
  • This role also requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to ten pounds, and regular stooping, bending, reaching and grasping items at, above and below shoulder level.
