Executive Assistant, Property Management
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our property management team. The ideal candidate will be a master multitasker with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and enhancing the productivity of our leadership team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and respond or redirect, as necessary.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Assist in the preparation of meetings and events, including arranging logistics, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects and initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between the Group Manager and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and positive relationships.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Anticipate the needs of the team and proactively provide support to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage special projects and initiatives, assigned as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, scanning, and ordering supplies.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an elevated level of professionalism.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Cheerful outlook, initiative-taking approach, and willingness to take on new challenges.
